Is everything Ketogenic Friendly?
For us yes, everyone "ketos" differently. Our motto is, if it fits into your macros and doesn't kick you out of ketosis then it's your Keto. You are the only person who can say if our products fit into your lifestyle. All ingredient info can be found on the Menu Page for each month as well so you can make the educated decision if our products are right for you.
Is it Gluten Free?
YES
What sweetener do you use?
We use Erythritol, & Allulose they are all natural types of sugar alcohol. Erythritol occurs naturally in some fruits and fermented foods. All ingredient info can be found on the Menu Page as well.
Where can I buy your products?

Do you have Dairy Free items?
While we do offer a dairy free cracker, all of our other items contain butter or whey. We are unable to accommodate dairy free at this time.
Do you have Egg Free items?
We do offer an egg free cracker, all other products contain eggs. We are unable to accommodate egg free at this time.
What is the flour of choice in the sweet goods?
We use almond flour as the base to our proprietary high protein flour blend.
How do I order?

What carrier do we use for shipping?
We use UPS 1-3 day. Please know that once our carrier loads the packages we can not see any more info on your package then the tracking number we provided via email.
Can I walk in and shop?
Yes, we have open walk-in hours now, but we can not guarantee what we will have in stock on those days. We bake as much as we can and on demand.
